Privacy Policy

Kumyna ("the app") is an unofficial client for Amazon Luna, published by Andrea Soda (Sokit Studio), who is the data controller for the processing described here (contact: privacy@sokitstudio.com). It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon.
Data the developer collects
None. The app has no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting services, and it never sends data to the developer. It only talks to Amazon's servers and, for purchases, to Apple's App Store.
Data stored on your device
- Amazon sign-in token: after you sign in at amazon.com/code, Amazon issues a token that links this device to your Amazon account, like Amazon's own TV apps. The app keeps it in the device Keychain so you stay signed in, and uses it only to talk to Amazon sign-in and Amazon Luna. The app never sees or stores your Amazon password. Signing out in Settings deletes the token and the random device identifier sent to Amazon at sign-in, and deregisters the device from your Amazon account.
- Preferences (for example the selected Luna profile and streaming options), stored locally.
- "Continue Playing" list for the Apple TV Top Shelf, stored locally (on iPhone, iPad and Mac it is stored but not shown) and deleted when you sign out.
- Diagnostic logs: technical events such as connection state, frame rate and errors, kept on the device only, limited to the last 10 sessions, never uploaded. They contain no passwords, cookies or tokens.
Deleting the app removes this data from the device, except the Keychain items, which iOS and iPadOS keep: if you reinstall Kumyna, it deletes them and deregisters the previous installation from your Amazon account. Until then, or if you don't reinstall, the device stays in your Amazon account's devices, where you can remove it. On Mac, macOS keeps an app's data after the app is deleted: sign out in Settings first.
Data shared with Amazon
To show the catalog and stream games, the app talks directly to Amazon's servers (Amazon Luna and Amazon sign-in), just like Amazon's own apps. Amazon processes this data, including your controller input during a game, under its own privacy notice: amazon.com/privacy.
Purchases
Kumyna Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy); the app checks purchases on the device and the developer only receives aggregated sales reports from Apple that don't identify you.
Support requests
If you write to the developer, your email address and message are used only to answer you (legal basis: your request, art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and are deleted within 24 months of the last exchange.
This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or scripts. It is hosted by GitHub Pages: GitHub may log visitors' IP addresses for security, under its privacy statement.
Your rights
You can ask the developer for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Dati raccolti dallo sviluppatore
Nessuno. L'app non contiene servizi di analisi, pubblicità, tracciamento o segnalazione dei crash, e non invia dati allo sviluppatore. Comunica solo con i server di Amazon e, per gli acquisti, con l'App Store di Apple.
Dati conservati sul dispositivo
- Token di accesso Amazon: dopo l'accesso su amazon.com/code, Amazon rilascia un token che collega questo dispositivo al tuo account Amazon, come le app di Amazon per TV. L'app lo conserva nel Portachiavi del dispositivo per mantenerti connesso e lo usa solo per comunicare con l'accesso Amazon e con Amazon Luna. L'app non vede né conserva la password Amazon. "Esci da Amazon" in Impostazioni cancella il token e l'identificativo casuale del dispositivo inviato ad Amazon all'accesso, e rimuove il dispositivo dal tuo account Amazon.
- Preferenze (per esempio il profilo Luna scelto e le opzioni di streaming), salvate in locale.
- Elenco "Continua a giocare" per la Top Shelf dell'Apple TV, salvato in locale (su iPhone, iPad e Mac è salvato ma non mostrato) e cancellato quando esci dall'account.
- Log diagnostici: eventi tecnici come stato della connessione, frame al secondo ed errori, conservati solo sul dispositivo, limitati alle ultime 10 sessioni e mai inviati. Non contengono password, cookie o token.
Eliminando l'app questi dati vengono rimossi dal dispositivo, tranne quelli nel Portachiavi, che iOS e iPadOS conservano: se reinstalli Kumyna, l'app li cancella e rimuove l'installazione precedente dal tuo account Amazon. Fino ad allora, o se non la reinstalli, il dispositivo resta tra quelli del tuo account Amazon, da dove puoi rimuoverlo. Sul Mac, macOS conserva i dati di un'app anche dopo averla eliminata: esci prima dall'account in Impostazioni.
Dati condivisi con Amazon
Per mostrare il catalogo e trasmettere i giochi l'app comunica direttamente con i server di Amazon (Amazon Luna e accesso Amazon), come le app di Amazon. Amazon tratta questi dati, compresi i comandi del controller durante la partita, secondo la propria informativa: amazon.it/privacy.
Acquisti
Kumyna Premium si acquista con gli acquisti in-app di Apple. Apple tratta il pagamento secondo la propria informativa (apple.com/it/legal/privacy); l'app verifica gli acquisti sul dispositivo e lo sviluppatore riceve da Apple solo resoconti di vendita aggregati, che non ti identificano.
Richieste di assistenza
Se scrivi allo sviluppatore, il tuo indirizzo email e il messaggio servono solo a risponderti (base giuridica: la tua richiesta, art. 6, par. 1, lett. b e f del GDPR) e vengono cancellati entro 24 mesi dall'ultimo scambio.
